Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day of receipt of the returned goods. We'll use the same payment method you used for the order, and you won't have to pay any fees for this refund.

Return conditions:

In order for goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

the products are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.

The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other articles.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost on return. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and tracked postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.

Gifts :

If the merchandise was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the merchandise was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
